Monterey rice

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Dry rice
2 cups Sour cream
2 cans (6-oz) green chiles
10 ounces Monterrey jack cheese; grated
\N \N Fresh parmesan cheese; grated

Cook the rice. While still hot, add sour cream, chiles, and Monterey Jack cheese. Put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F.

for 25 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake another 5 minutes uncovered. Wonderful! PILGRIMCOX@...
