Yield: 4 Servings
|2 cups||Dry rice|
|2 cups||Sour cream|
|2 cans||(6-oz) green chiles|
|10 ounces||Monterrey jack cheese; grated|
|\N \N||Fresh parmesan cheese; grated|
Cook the rice. While still hot, add sour cream, chiles, and Monterey Jack cheese. Put into a 2-quart casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees F.
for 25 minutes. Remove cover and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese. Bake another 5 minutes uncovered. Wonderful! PILGRIMCOX@...
