| 1 | each | Red or green pepper, cut in julienne strips |
| 1 | cup | Quartered, fresh mushrooms |
| 1 | each | Onion, coarsely chopped |
| 4 | cups | Hot cooked penne pasta, drained |
| 1 | cup | Monterey jack cheese, shredded |
Directions
