Monterey penne

Ingredients

1eachRed or green pepper, cut in julienne strips
1cupQuartered, fresh mushrooms
1eachOnion, coarsely chopped
4cupsHot cooked penne pasta, drained
1cupMonterey jack cheese, shredded

Directions
