Monterey penne

Yield: 2 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 each Red or green pepper, cut in julienne strips
1 cup Quartered, fresh mushrooms
1 each Onion, coarsely chopped
4 cups Hot cooked penne pasta, drained
1 cup Monterey jack cheese, shredded
