| ¾ | cup | Parsley; chopped |
| ½ | teaspoon | Black pepper |
| 48 | Littleneck clams | |
Directions
Heat the oil in a large pot. Simmer together the first four ingredients for about 2 minutes. Add the clams, cover and simmer until shells open about 5 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
