Mom's roast

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Eye of round, symmetrical
\N \N Sherry, dry
\N \N Gunk (see recipe)

Make sure meat is not thinner at one end than the other. (Can substitute chuck or rump roast.) Cover FROZEN roast with sherry and gunk; put a little water and sherry in the bottom of the pan.

Cook in 350 degree oven; don't turn while cooking.
