Mom's pot roast

Ingredients

| 1 | tablespoon | Paprika |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 10 | smalls | Whole onions |
| 10 | smalls | Carrots, halved |
| 2 | cans | Tomato sauce, 8 oz. |
Directions
Sprinkle meat with paprika, salt and pepper. Brown in oil in a Dutch oven. Add water; cover and simmer for 1½ hours or until meat is tender. Arrange vegetables around the meat; pour in tomato sauce.
