Ingredients

Salt and pepper

½cupWater
10smallsWhole onions
10smallsCarrots, halved
2cansTomato sauce, 8 oz.

Directions

Sprinkle meat with paprika, salt and pepper. Brown in oil in a Dutch oven. Add water; cover and simmer for 1½ hours or until meat is tender. Arrange vegetables around the meat; pour in tomato sauce.
