Mom's heirloom brown bread mix with recipe

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Whole wheat flour
½ cup Flour
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 cup Chopped dates
1 teaspoon Salt
1 cup Raisins BROWN BREAD:
1 pack Mix
2 cups Uttermilk
½ cup Molasses

Mix: Combine all ingredients until well blended. Store in an airtight container.

Mom's Heirloom Brown Bread: Preheat oven to 350 and grease loaf pan.

Combine all ingredients, let stand ½ hour. Pour into loaf pan and bake 45-50 minutes.
