Mock tomato soup

| 1 | tablespoon | All-purpose flour | 
| Cold water | ||
| 1 | cup | Tomato juice, low sodium | 
Directions
Make a smooth paste of 1 T flour and a little water.  Add tomato juice slowly and mix well. Cook until thickened.  You may season with herbs & spices to taste (no salt).  Use as substitute for condensed tomato soup. Makes 1 cup.
