Egg 'n onion sandwich

Quantity Ingredient
1 Egg (up to)
2 tablespoons Butter
2 slices Fresh white bread; buttered
1 slice Bermuda onion
Salt & pepper to taste
Catsup

Directions

Break egg in cup & beat thoroughly. Melt butter in small iron skillet over medium heat. Pour egg into skillet & flip when in solid disk. Serve on bread with onion slice. Top with salt, pepper & catsup. Good anytime--before golf, fishing, hunting or just an evening snack.
