IN A LARGE BOWL MIX TOGETHER SUGAR, FLOUR, COCOA, BAKING SODA AND SALT.
COMBINE MARGARINE, EGGS, AND VANILLA. COMBINE WITH FLOUR MIXTURE. FOLD IN CHIPS AND NUTS. TURN INTO A 9" X 13" GREASED BAKING PAN. BAKE AT 350 DEG F FOR 30 MINUTES. DO NOT OVER BAKE.
