Yield: 24 Servings
|1 cup||Semisweet chocolate chips|
|4||Eggs -- beaten|
|½ cup||Pecans -- chopped|
|16 ounces||Chocolate syrup -- 1 can|
|2 cups||Powdered sugar|
|3 drops||Green food coloring|
|½ teaspoon||Peppermint flavoring|
Glaze: Put the margarine and chocolate chips in a bowl over boiling water and stir constantly until the chips are melted and the mixture is smooth.
Take off heat and let cool. Brownies: Mix the sugar and butter, add the 4 beaten eggs, then add flour, vanilla until well blended. Add the chocolate syrup, pecans and salt and fold in. Put in a 9x13 greased pan and bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool. Frosting: Mix in a blender and chill for 30 minutes Frost brownies, then pour on the glaze, and watch your weight and cholesterol climb skyhigh...but its worth it.
