Raspberry chocolate chip muffins

Yield: 12 Muffins

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Flour
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 cup Miniature chocolate chips
½ cup Milk
2 cups Fresh/frozen unsweetened raspberries
¾ cup Sugar
½ cup Butter
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Orange zest

Mix together flour, baking powder and chocolate chips. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and orange zest. In two additions alternately add the dry ingredients and the milk. Fold in raspberries. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
