Millennium chef's salad

Ingredients

| ½ | Savoy cabbage, shredded | |
| 2 | Stalks celery, julienned | |
| 2 | Granny Smith apples, julienned | |
| 2 | Green onion, sliced | |
| 2 | teaspoons | Cumin seed | 
| 1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard | 
| 2 | tablespoons | Red wine vinegar | 
| ½ | cup | Olive oil | 
| ⅓ | pounds | Each: sliced smoked turkey, gruyere, prosciutto and salami | 
| ½ | cup | Olives | 
Directions
Mix cabbage, celery, apples, green onions and cumin seeds together in large bowl.  Whisk together mustard, vinegar and oil.  Toss with cabbage mixture, cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 
Cut the sliced meats and cheese into strips.  To serve, toss cabbage mixture again and place on large platter.  Arrange sliced meats and cheese on top, garnish with olives.
