Mike's gazpacho

Ingredients

4cupsTomato juice
3mediumsTomatoes - diced
1largeCelery stalk - diced
1tablespoonWine vinegar
1Jalepeno pepper
1tablespoonWorchestershire sauce
½mediumCucumber - diced
¼mediumBell pepper - diced
1Juice of 2 lemons
1smallRed onion - diced
Salt, pepper and parsley

Directions

Dice all the vegies. Seed and finely chop the jalepeno. Mix all of the ingredients. Salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving. Garnish with sprigs of the parsley.

Sissies may want to cut down or eliminate the jalepeno.
