Microwave: old fashioned rice pudding

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Cooked rice (left over?) |
| 2 | cups | Milk |
| 3 | eaches | Eggs |
| ½ | cup | Raisins |
| ⅓ | cup | Granulated sugar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt (optional) |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla extract |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon or nutmeg |
Directions
In microwave proof 2 quart casserole or baking dish, mix together eggs, milk, sugar and salt. Stir in rice, raisins and vanilla. Cook uncovered on High 8 to 10 minutes. Stir every 1 to 2 minutes.
