Michigan chicken

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Stuffing cubes
3 tablespoons Butter
1 can Chicken broth -or-
2 packs Stove Top Stuffing Mix; prepared
3 cups Chicken; cooked, diced
1 can Mushroom soup; condensed
½ cup Sour cream

Combine first three ingredients and press into baking dish to form crust, or use prepared Stove Top stuffing to form crust. Place chicken on crust.

Combine sour cream and soup, pour ½ over chicken, add more chicken, pour over remaining sauce. Garnish top with slivered almonds, if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
