Michigan chicken

Ingredients

1packStuffing cubes
3tablespoonsButter
1canChicken broth -or-
2packsStove Top Stuffing Mix; prepared
3cupsChicken; cooked, diced
1canMushroom soup; condensed
½cupSour cream

Directions

Combine first three ingredients and press into baking dish to form crust, or use prepared Stove Top stuffing to form crust. Place chicken on crust.

Combine sour cream and soup, pour ½ over chicken, add more chicken, pour over remaining sauce. Garnish top with slivered almonds, if desired. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
