Mexican pork steaks

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Pork blade steaks, 3/4\"
1 teaspoon Vegetable oil
1 cup Chunky salsa
⅓ cup Water
2 tablespoons Lemon/lime juice
½ teaspoon Ground cumin
\N \N Salt to taste

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet; brown steaks on both sides. Conbine salsa, water, juice and cumin; pour mixture over chops. cover and simmer 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked.
