Mexican king's bread

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
⅔ cup Milk
1 tablespoon Light rum
¼ cup Butter
2 Eggs
¼ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Grated orange peel
3 cups Bread flour
2 teaspoons Yeast

Add ingredients according to manufacturer's instructions.

Makes a 1½ pound loaf.
