Ingredients

1cupSliced onions

½teaspoonBasil
½teaspoonOregano
¼teaspoonCrushed red pepper
1teaspoonMinced garlic
cupPrepared marinara sauce
1Ready-made pizza crust; 12-inch such as
; boboli
6ouncesFresh mozzarella cheese; thinly sliced
cupKalamata olives; pitted and chopped
1tablespoonChopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Directions

Heat oven to 450°F. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add onions, salt, basil oregano and red pepper. Cook, stirring frequently, until onions are tender, 5 minutes. Stir in garlic; cook 1 minute. Spread marinara sauce over pizza crust; layer with mozzarella cheese, the onion mixture and olives. Bake 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
