Meatball sandwiches

Ingredients

½cupSeasoned bread crumbs
2tablespoonsChopped onion
1cloveGarlic, finely chopped
2tablespoonsGrated Parmesan
½teaspoonDried leaf oregano
¼teaspoonBlack pepper
teaspoonPaprika
2tablespoons(plus 1 cup) bottled marinara sauce
3tablespoonsChopped parsley
1Loaf Italian bread

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350F. Combine beef, crumbs, onion, garlic, Parmesan, oregano, pepper, paprika and 2 tablespoons sauce in bowl.

Shape meat mixture into 12 equal meatballs. Place on a jelly-roll pan.

2. Bake in preheated 350F oven 15 to 20 minutes until cooked through.

3. Heat 1 cup sauce in a saucepan. Stir in parsley. Divide bread crosswise into fourths; split. Spoon meatballs and sauce into bread.
