Yield: 4 Servings
|½ teaspoon||Prepared mustard|
|½ tablespoon||Sugar (up to)|
|1¼ cup||Salad oil|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice or vinegar|
|1 tablespoon||Hot water|
Beat egg well. Add seasonings; then beat well. Add ¼ cup oil; beat until thick. Add the rest a little at a time. Last of all add the water. It can also be made using only the yolk.
