Measure | Ingredient |

1 teaspoon | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Prepared mustard |
½ tablespoon | Sugar (up to) |
1¼ cup | Salad oil |
2 tablespoons | Lemon juice or vinegar |
1 tablespoon | Hot water |
Beat egg well. Add seasonings; then beat well. Add ¼ cup oil; beat until thick. Add the rest a little at a time. Last of all add the water. It can also be made using only the yolk.
