Maui super chunk ice cream

| ¼ | cup | Apple, banana (or any kind) 1/4\" dice |
| ¼ | cup | Pineapple; 1/4\" dice |
| ¼ | cup | Mango; 1/4\" dice |
| ⅛ | cup | Loquats; or lychee, 1/4\" dic |
| 3 | tablespoons | Coconut; toasted |
| 2 | tablespoons | Macadamia nuts; chopped fine |
| ¼ | cup | Dark chocolate chips |
| 1 | cup | Whipping cream; whipped |
Directions
Recipe by: Miss Information <Lisa.Sepa@...> Let ice cream soften under refrigeration for 1 to 2 hours. In a mixer with paddle add ice cream on slow speed quickly mix in all fruit, nuts, and chocolate.
Fold in whipped cream and freeze at once.
Makes 4 servings.
