Maui super chunk ice cream

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 pinch Vanilla ice cream
¼ cup Apple, banana (or any kind) 1/4\" dice
¼ cup Pineapple; 1/4\" dice
¼ cup Mango; 1/4\" dice
⅛ cup Loquats; or lychee, 1/4\" dic
3 tablespoons Coconut; toasted
2 tablespoons Macadamia nuts; chopped fine
¼ cup Dark chocolate chips
1 cup Whipping cream; whipped

Directions

Recipe by: Miss Information <Lisa.Sepa@...> Let ice cream soften under refrigeration for 1 to 2 hours. In a mixer with paddle add ice cream on slow speed quickly mix in all fruit, nuts, and chocolate.

Fold in whipped cream and freeze at once.

Makes 4 servings.
