1 | teaspoon | Lemon Rind -- grated |
pinch | Salt | |
2 | tablespoons | Unsalted Butter |
Directions
Place the rhubarb in the pie shell. Combine the eggs, water, sugar, flour, lemon rind, and salt. Pour over the rhubarb and dot with butter. Bake in a 350 F oven for 35-45 mins.
