|1 cup||All-Purpose Flour|
|⅓ cup||Lard Or Crisco|
|⅓ cup||Ice Water|
Combine the flour, lard, and salt, breaking up with a fork until a crumbly consistency is reached. Add the vinegar and enough ice water to make a soft dough. Roll out on a floured board into a 9 inch round, and then press into a 9" pie pan.
NOTES: The addition of the vinegar adds flakiness to this crust.
