Yield: 36 Servings
|3 cups||All-Purpose Flour|
|½ teaspoon||Baking Soda|
|1 cup||Brown Sugar|
|1 cup||Granulated Sugar|
|1 cup||Soft Butter|
|2 \N||Whole Eggs|
|2 cups||Chocolate Chips|
|8 ounces||Miniature Marshmallows; frozen|
|1 cup||Pecans; chopped|
Combine dry ingredients except sugar and set aside. Mix sugar and butter, blend well- add eggs and vanilla. Combine with flour mixture. Add chips and nuts. Batter will be very stiff. Take 4 frozen marshmellows in hand-Take a heaping tablespoon of dough, wrap dough completely around marshmellows.
Place 2 inches apart on ungreased pan. Bake at 400 for 8-10 min.
