Marinated sirloin kabobs

3tablespoonsWhite vinegar
½teaspoonGarlic powder
¼teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonPepper
2poundsSirloin steak; cut into 1\" cubes
2cupsCherry tomatoes
2mediumsCarrots; cut into eighths
½poundsFresh mushroom caps
2mediumsSize green peppers; cut into 1\" pieces
1smallPineapple; cut into 1\" pieces

submitted by: sgjg6566@... (Julie, Michigan, USA) Hi everyone!! It's summer (?!) in the United States, so here's one of my favorite grill recipes. It comes from America's Best Recipes (Southern Living). Enjoy!

Combine first 8 ingredients in a large shallow bowl. Add beef cubes, cover and marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, stirring occasionally. Remove beef cubes from marinade, reserving marinade. Alternately thread beef cubes, tomatoes, onions, mushroom caps, green pepper and pineapple onto skewers.

Grill, covered, over medium-hot coals (350 degrees to 400 degrees) 10-12 minutes or to desired degree of doneness, turning and basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Makes 4-5 servings.
