Marinated goat's cheese

\N \N Selection of flavourings : peeled garlic; arbequina olives,
\N \N ; cloves, bay leaves,
\N \N ; rosemary sprigs,
\N \N ; thyme sprigs, small
\N \N ; whole or sliced
\N \N ; chillies, whole
\N \N ; black peppercorns

1. Cut each cheese into about 6 slices. Place in a glass jar and sprinkle with a selection of flavourings - only use one herb. Completely cover with oil and seal securely. Leave for a few days before using.
