Anchovy steak

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Beef filet steaks
2 tablespoons Oil
3 ounces Butter
8 \N Anchovies; washed
8 \N Pitted olives; chopped
\N \N Lemon juice
\N \N Salt & pepper

Combine olives & anchovies with butter, lemon juice & pepper. Stir steak in oil & quickly grill on each side; season with salt & pepper & serve with olive mixture.
