Measure | Ingredient |

1 quart | Lime Juice |
1 cup | Sugar |
½ cup | Conintreau or Triple Sec |
3 cups | Good Mexican Tequila |
Recipe by: Emeril Lagasee Serving Size: 6 - 8 Whisk all of the ingredients together in a glass bowl. Either freeze the mixture in an air-tight container or use an ice cream machine, following the manufacturers instructions. Let freeze well. Serve in Margarita glasses with thin wafer cookies and garnished with lime wedges.
