Margarita ices

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 quart Lime Juice
1 cup Sugar
½ cup Conintreau or Triple Sec
3 cups Good Mexican Tequila

Recipe by: Emeril Lagasee Serving Size: 6 - 8 Whisk all of the ingredients together in a glass bowl. Either freeze the mixture in an air-tight container or use an ice cream machine, following the manufacturers instructions. Let freeze well. Serve in Margarita glasses with thin wafer cookies and garnished with lime wedges.

Yields: ½ gallon
