Margaret's garlicky gazpacho

Ingredients

6Cloves of garlic, peeled and quartered
2Onions, peeled and sliced
2Cucumbers, sliced and seeded, peeled, if desired
6Tomatoes, peeled, halved and seeded
2eachesGreen and yellow peppers, quartered and seeded
¼cupTomato paste
1cupBalsamic vinegar
2cupsVegetable juice cocktail Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

In a blender, combine all ingredients, except juice, salt and pepper.
