Mandamin (corn -- sioux style)

¼cupGreen bell pepper, diced
¼cupMild red pepper, diced
3tablespoonsOil
3eachesShallots, chopped
Salt & pepper

Directions

Heat the oil & fry the peppers with the shallots for 3 minutes or so.

Add the corn, salt & pepper. Cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes at low heat & serve.
