Mandamin (corn -- sioux style)

| 1½ | cup | Corn |
| ¼ | cup | Green bell pepper, diced |
| ¼ | cup | Mild red pepper, diced |
| 3 | tablespoons | Oil |
| 3 | eaches | Shallots, chopped |
| Salt & pepper | ||
Directions
Heat the oil & fry the peppers with the shallots for 3 minutes or so.
Add the corn, salt & pepper. Cook for a further 5 to 10 minutes at low heat & serve.
