Heat oven to temperature called for on cake-mix package. Place dry cake mix in bowl and add ½ cup malted-milk powder. Proceed according to package directions. Use two greased and floured 9-inch round cake pans. Bake and cool according to package directions. Stir remaining ¼ cup of malted-milk powder into frosting.
