|½ cup||Powdered cocoa|
|¼ cup||Malted milk powder|
|1¼ teaspoon||Baking soda|
|½ pint||Whipping cream|
|6 tablespoons||Powdered sugar|
|6 tablespoons||Malted milk powder|

Recipe By: Ann Miner <annminer@...> Place butter and sugar in bowl. Using electric mixer, mix butter and sugar together until mixture is light and creamy. Add eggs and vanilla; beat l minute at medium speed. Combine flour, cocoa, malted milk powder, baking soda and salt; add alternately with water to butter-egg mixture. Pour batter into two buttered and floured 8 in. cake pans. Bake 350 35 min. or until test done. Cook and frost.
Frosting: Whip the cream, then add remaining ingredients slowly.
