Fat-free caesar salad

| 2 | tablespoons | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 | Clove garlic | |
| 1 | Lemon, juiced | |
| 2 | Anchovy fillets | |
| ¼ | cup | Non-fat milk |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 2 | Heads romaine lettuce | |
| Homemade croutons | ||
Directions
Combine ricotta, mustard, Worcestershire, garlic, lemon juice, anchovies, salt and pepper in blender. Blend until well combined. Add non-fat milk to adjust consistency. Toss with greens and garnish.
