¾cupBrown sugar; packed
½teaspoonNutmeg
½teaspoonCinnamon
¼cupMargarine

Directions

Place rhubarb in greased oblong microwave-safe baking dish. Combine sugar, oatmeal, flour, brown sugar and spices.Mix margarine in until crumbly.
