| 1 | each | 1 lb jar pearl onions, drained |
| 1 | cup | Cider vinegar |
| ½ | cup | Sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Red pepper flakes |
| 1 | teaspoon | Caraway seeds |
| 12 | eaches | Black peppercorns |
Directions
Put the drained onions into a jar. Combine the other ingredinets together in saucepan. Bring to a boil, pour over the onions. Cap the jar tightly and cool to room temp.
