½ | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
½ | teaspoon | Dried whole tarragon |
½ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |

1 | teaspoon | Dried whole oregano |
1 | pounds | Scamp fillets or other lean white fish fillets |
1 | cup | Soft low-sodium breadcrumbs |
Vegetable cooking spray | ||
1 | tablespoon | Reduced-calorie margarine; melted |
Directions
Cooking time: about 15 minutes. Combine first 6 ingredients in a shallow dish. Dip fish fillets into lemon juice mixture; lightly coat with breadcrumbs. Place on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Drizzle reduced-calorie margarine over fish.
Broil 7" from heat about 7 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Yield: 4 servings.
