Scalloped salmon for two - sl 11/81

Ingredients

2tablespoonsOnion; chopped
1tablespoonGreen pepper; chopped
2tablespoonsButter or margarine; melted
1each(7-3/4 oz) can salmon; drained and flaked
½cupEvaporated milk
1tablespoonAll-purpose flour
¼teaspoonSalt
2tablespoons;buttered soft breadcrumbs

Directions

Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender but not brown.

Add next 4 ingredients; mix well. Spoon mixture into buttered individual baking shells; top with breadcrumbs. Bake at 400F for 15 minutes. Yield: 2 servings.
