This one was contributed by a good friend who knows just about everything there is to know about beer. It's a moist, evenly textured bread that's good enough to eat plain. Cheers! (Note that the 1-pound Panasonic/National loaf needs to bake on the rapid cycle to prevent collapse. Also, to produce a nicer looking loaf in the 1½-pound Panasonic/National, reduce the milk to ¼ cup.) 1 ½-pound loaf ½ cup milk (for the Panasonic/ ¼ cup milk 1-pound loaf
