Long grain rice

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 cup Long grain rice
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Butter
2 cups Water

In 3 quart casserole, combine rice, salt, butter and water. Cook, covered, 12 to 14 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Rest, covered, 10 minutes.
