Lisa's kraut rye bread

Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour |
| 1 | tablespoon | Yeast |
| 4 | tablespoons | Gluten Flour |
| 4 | tablespoons | Sugar |
| 2½ | tablespoon | Dry milk |
| 2 | tablespoons | Veg. oil |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | cup | Sauerkraut;put in strainer pushing with back of spoon to drain; chop fine;loosely packed |
| 1¼ | cup | Water; warmed |
Directions
Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions.
Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
