Lisa's kraut rye bread

1tablespoonYeast
4tablespoonsGluten Flour
4tablespoonsSugar
tablespoonDry milk
2tablespoonsVeg. oil
teaspoonSalt
1cupSauerkraut;put in strainer pushing with back of spoon to drain; chop fine;loosely packed
cupWater; warmed

Directions

Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions.

Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
