Lisa's kraut rye bread

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 cups White flour
1 cup Plus 2 tb. Rye Flour
1 tablespoon Yeast
4 tablespoons Gluten Flour
4 tablespoons Sugar
2½ tablespoon Dry milk
2 tablespoons Veg. oil
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Sauerkraut;put in strainer pushing with back of spoon to drain; chop fine;loosely packed
1¼ cup Water; warmed

Put all in Bread machine according to manufacturers' instructions.

Select White Bread Cycle. 1 tb of caraway may be added at the beep! Note: George loved this. Delicious served with Roast Pork or Ruebens!
