Lingonberry sauce - bon appetit
1 1/4 cups
Ingredients

| 1 | 10-oz jar Swedish lingonberries in sugar OR | |
| 1 | cup | Canned whole berry cranberry sauce |
| ½ | cup | Ruby Port |
| 2 | tablespoons | Brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dijon mustard |
Directions
Simmer lingonberries, Port and sugar in heavy small saucepan until thick and reduced to 1 C, stirring frequently, about 15 minutes.
Whisk in mustard. Let cool to room temperature.
NOTE: They offer this sauce with a venison terrine at the Hotel Residence in Trondheim. Try it at home with grilled pork or chicken.
