Yield: 6 Servings
|½ cup||Nonfat plain yogurt|
|1¼ ounce||Old el paso 40% less sodium taco seasoning mix|
|1 tablespoon||Fresh lime juice|
|1½ pounds||Turkey tenderloins|
In small bowl, combine yogurt, taco seasoning mix and lime juice; mix well.
Place turkey tenderloins in glass baking dish; pour yogurt mixture over top to completely cover. Cover dish with plastic wrap; refrigerate at least 15 minutes or overnight to marinate.
Heat oven to 450 F. Line shallow baking pan with foil. Remove turkey from marinade and place on foil-lined pan. Discard marinade.
Bake at 450 F. for 25 to 30 minutes or until turkey is fork-tender and juices run clear. Cut into slices to serve.
