2 | Oranges, juice of | |
2 | Limes, juice of | |

Cracked ice | ||
1 | slice | Pineapple |
2 | Crystallized cherries |
Rub the cubes of sugar over the rind of the oranges and limes. Then put the sugar in a bowl and pour the lime and orange juices over it.
Add the water and serve when the sugar is melted; chilling with plenty of cracked ice. Put the pineapple and cherries in at the moment of serving. Makes 2 servings. Many of the recipes in this collection did not contain amounts or oven temperatures. I have typed them in as they appear in the book, typos and all.
