Light vegetable miso soup

Ingredients

½Carrot, slivered
1Scallion, sliced very thin
1tablespoonFrozen peas
2cupsWater
1packRamen or 2 vermicelli nests
teaspoonMiso

Directions

Bring water to a boil. Put in the carrot, scallion, noodles and peas. Let simmer for about 3 minutes, till the noodles are done. Put the miso in a cup and add about 2 tablespoons hot water from the pot.

Stir till blended and then put back in the pot. Serve.
