Light muffin n' egg

Measure Ingredient
1 \N English muffin (sara lee
\N \N Plain)
2 slices Lean canadian bacon
¼ cup Egg Beaters Frozen Egg
\N \N Substitute
\N \N Seasoned salt -- to taste
1 slice Nonfat cheese singles
\N \N (borden sharp)

Cook canadian bacon in microwave on 50% power for 1 minute 30 seconds; set aside. Beat egg beaters with salt and microwave covered on high for 1 minute. Meanwhile, toast muffin until browned.

Arrange bacon, egg beater, and cheese over toasted muffin and serve.
