Lemonade ice cream pie

Ingredients

Quantity Ingredient
1 Graham cracker pie crust
1 quart Vanilla ice cream
1 small Can
Concentrate
Cinammon
Frozen lemonaide

Directions

Partially thaw ice cream (In Texas, Blue Bell is our choice) and mix well.

Sprinkle cinammon on pie crust and pour in mix. Refreeze overnight. Don't give out the recipe and they'll think you worked all day on it! Also picked up this tip about pie-making-to keep the bottom crust from bubbling (even when pricked with a fork) when baking, lay a piece of saran wrap or paper towel on the crust and pour rice over it to cover the bottom in a thick layer. (They swear the saran wrap did not melt, I like the paper towel idea better) Pie crust is smooth and flat everytime.
