Ingredients

| 1 | cup | Flour |
| ½ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
| 1 | pack | Philadelphia cream cheese |
| 1 | carton | Cool Whip |
| 1 | cup | Powdered suar |
| 3 | cups | Milk |
| 2 | packs | Instant lemon pudding |
| ¼ | cup | Chopped walnuts |
Directions
Mix the first 3 ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 inch cake pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool. Mix Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1 cup of Cool Whip, and powdered sugar. Spread over baked crust. Mix milk and pudding until slightly thick. Pour over top. Top with remaining Cool Whip and ¼ cup of chopped walnuts. Chill.
