Lemon grove walnut muffins

Ingredients

½cupSoftened sweet butter; (1 stick)
2Eggs
1cupUnflavored yogurt
2teaspoonsGrated lemon peel
1teaspoonBaking soda
cupCoarsely chopped walnuts
2cupsFlour

Directions

Cream sugar and butter; add eggs one at a time, then yogurt, lemon peel, walnuts and baking soda. Add flour gradually, mixing until well blended.

Spoon into greased or paper lined muffin tins. Bake at 375ø for 18 to 20 minutes. Makes 12 large muffins.
