Lemon freeze

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Fresh lemon juice |
| 2 | tablespoons | Grated lemon zest |
| 1 | cup | Sugar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Honey |
| 1½ | cup | Cold heavy cream |
| ½ | cup | Water |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Puree until smooth. Pour into a 9x9-inch metal baking dish and freeze for about 4 hours until solid.
Yield: 2 servings
