Frozen lemon cream

Yield: 10 Servings

Measure Ingredient

2 c nonfat milk ½ c sugar 2 lemons - peel finely grated & ½ c juice

Combine milk, sugar, lemon juice and peel and stir until sugar is dissolved. Pour into shallow pan and freeze. Spoon frozen mixture into processor and mix until smooth. Return to freezer until partially frozen & serve. ~--
